By installing and using Faux Spy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

Faux Spy is a Chrome extension that helps detect AI-generated images. Detection results are provided as confidence scores and should not be considered legally definitive proof of image origin.

3. Free vs Paid Plans

• Free: 20 investigations per day, all features included
• Secret Agent ($9.99/mo): Unlimited investigations, priority support
• Master Spy ($99/year): Same as Secret Agent, 17% discount

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
• Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Share license keys
• Use Faux Spy for illegal purposes
• Abuse our API with excessive requests

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Faux Spy provides estimates of AI generation likelihood, not absolute determinations. We are not liable for decisions made based on our detection results. Always verify with multiple sources for important decisions.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify the extension at any time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
